Kedves Veg.hu felhasználók!

A nevem Mikó András, az Őrangyal Gastroház nevű szegedi vegetáriánus étterem elkötelezett rajongójaként írok ide. Szeretnék megkérni mindenkit, hogy segítsen nekem az étterem jó hírét kelteni, mert megérdemlik, és sajnos, szinte senki nem ismeri őket.

A tulajdonos hölgy, Fazekasné Hazai Márta, aki egyszemélyben az étterem, nagyon meggyőző, elkötelezett vegetáriánus, az egészséges életmód híve. Nagyon finomakat főz, és arra is odafigyel, hogy az alapanyagok, fűszerek ne csak ízben harmonizáljanak, ne csak egészségesek legyenek, de együtt, egymást kiegészítve biztosítsanak mindent, amire a szervezetnek szüksége van. Viszont az étterem megismertetésére már nem jut ideje, ezért is segítek be, részben önérdekből, hogy biztosítsam az ebédforrásomat:).

Remélem, együtt meg tudjuk ismertetni a Gastroházat a szegedi vegetáriánusokkal.

Szeretnélek megnyugtatni, hogy a hal csak nagyon-nagyon ritkán kerül elő. Idáig két ételben volt halvirsli formájában, de Márti mindig szól, ha ilyesmi van. Három menü van, mindig van egy olyan kombináció, ami tej-, tojás- és húsmentes.

Az az igazság, hogy az ételek, menük kialakításában elsősorban a kiegyensúlyozott táplálék-bevitel a cél, a jin-jang jeles, angyalszárnyas logó is ezt sugallja. A húsmentesség ennek eszköze. Tehát Márti mindig úgy állítja össze a menüket, hogy azok lehetőleg minden fontosat tartalmazzanak. Lehetőleg megbízható, bio forrásból. És biztos vagyok abban is, hogyha elég sok kritikát kap a hal szerepeltetése miatt, akkor el fog tűnni az alapanyagok közül. Egyelőre azért van ott, mert Mártinak küldetéstudata is van az egészséges étkezéssel kapcsolatban, és szeretne minél több embert ebbe az irányba terelni. Ez néha kompromisszumokat igényel. Ennek ellenére a konyha tökéletesen megbízható vegetárius ételforrás, tervezi Márti, hogy a menükön jelzi is, ha valami kifogásolható alapanyag van benne, de erre egyelőre nincs ideje, én meg ebben éppen nem tudok segíteni, mert nem értek hozzá. De a helyszínen, telefonon vagy emailben szívesen ad felvilágosítást.

Bár már nem járok Szegedre, de ott tanultam és örülök, hogy még egy vegetáriánus étterem is nyílt, ez azt jelenti, hogy egyre többen igánylik ezt kis hazánkban is

A halat viszont tényleg nem érdemes erőltetni, többeket tántorít el, mint becsábít. Ha egy húsevő bemegy oda, annak úgyis mindegy, nem a hal miatt fog menni.
